Nancy has an extensive and diverse background in marketing, communications and merchandising. As the Executive Director for Liam Foundation, a non-profit 501c3 organization, she is credited with securing $1,250,000 in funding for a cure for cystic fibrosis. Her passion is personal and creative, as she and Bill fight to save the life of their son Liam who suffers from this life-shortening disease. Nancy was also responsible for underwriting of major loans, and creating a corporate identity while at United Western Mortgage Corporation; While with the Advertising/Marketing firm Albers & Albers, Nancy was responsible for creation and submission of advertising and PR stories for a variety of new home developers.
As Director of Marketing, Nancy’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining good relationship with Owners, Architects and Subcontractors; Maintain timely and accurate reporting to management; Organize regular meetings with Board of Directors; Business development and participate in job interviews; Support estimating staff (bid item specialist); Business association liaison; Web site design and updates; Newsletters and Press releases; Complete proposals, pre-qualification’s and marketing packages; Hearne Corporation imaging & branding; Employee team development.

With a diverse background in marketing, Nancy’s perspective comes from the client’s point of view. Her approach is comprehensive; She listens to the changing climate within the industry; and packages our programs and services based on the needs of an every growing and evolving clientele.
