Mr. McLaughlin has 17 years of experience in the construction industry. He has served as Project Manager as well as Superintendent. As Project Manager his duties include overseeing all construction management, operations as well as subcontractor coordination, as-builts, RFIs, and submittal tracking.

As a Project Superintendent, Mr. McLaughlin’s duties include being responsible for jobsite safety, code compliance, quality assurance, quality control, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors.  He has supervised all phases of Hospital/Healthcare, commercial and industrial projects, as well as interior and exterior renovations.  Chuck will be dedicated to the project full time and will be based onsite. He will oversee all day-to-day operations of project.

The outstanding qualities Chuck brings to the Hearne Corporation team, first and foremost, is his ‘team player’ mentality. He gives respect to all he works with, and in turn, earns the respect of others. Chuck has a gentle demeanor, which is of incredible value in this industry.
