Robert (Bobby) Badillo is an experienced construction professional, which began in 1971. He has a strong background in supervision of large complex projects. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of building practices and regulatory compliance issues. STS certified, Bobby demands a ‘Safety First’ environment and maintains an impeccably clean project site and work area.
Bobby has nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry, As a Project Superintendent; he oversees the project from the jobsite and is responsible for the day-to-day construction operations. He supervises and directs all field labor and is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all subcontractor trade work and self-performing work. Prior to the start of construction, he develops site logistics and staging plans specific to the jobsite. His responsibilities also include quality control, safety and labor relations for the project.
Bobby has an impressive portfolio of completed projects. He is most proud of a class “A” executive retail and office building in Coronado, which was a ground-up project in a very busy traffic and pedestrian area, which included a subterranean parking garage, installation of a hydraulic elevator, and installation of a new SDG&E transformer. From breaking ground to reaching 100% tenant occupancy, Bobby’s experience, demeanor and industry skills enabled this, and all of his projects, to surpass all client expectations.
The outstanding qualities Bobby brings to the Hearne Corporation team are his excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills. He works effectively with engineers, architects, client representatives, building officials, contractors, building managers, inspectors and other industry professionals.
